1. Rates are subject to availability and fluctuations.
2. Rates are per night sharing on a per person or per room basis, as indicated.
3. Rates are for accommodation only unless otherwise specified.
4. “B/B” denotes bed and breakfast. “D/B/B” denotes dinner, bed and breakfast.
5. These rates are only available for transient business and are not available for groups or conferences. 9 rooms or more constitutes a group and rates are available on request.
6. All Rates are nett and non-commissionable.
7. Pool and Jacuzzi for decretive purposes only, no swimming allowed.

1. Please be advised that this is a reservation request only and is therefore not confirmed nor guaranteed.
2. A Hotel Representative will be in contact with you during standard business hours (09h00 to 17h00, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
3. All Requests are subject to availability and tables are allocated on the day of the reservation.
4. We will endeavour to honour your request, however cannot guarantee the date, time, number of people or special requests.
5. Tables above 10 and certain special requests may require a credit card guarantee to confirm the reservation.
6. At the discretion of the Restaurant Manager reservations may be cancelled due to non-arrival within 30 minutes of the requested time.
7. Decorations and balloons are permitted in certain areas with prior arrangement.
8. Pool and Jacuzzi for decretive purposes only, no swimming allowed.

Maintaining communication when on the move is an integral part of our lives. Now we offer you free, high-speed WiFi per room, every day of your stay. So, come and enjoy effortless access to great connectivity and dedicated megabytes.

1. King’s Palace Hotel & Conference Center provides guests, who are resident in their hotels, with Free Wireless Internet Access, which is provided by means of a daily data allowance, which varies per hotel and is only valid at the hotel where the guest currently resides.
2. The Free Wireless Internet Access is provided with the expectation that the guests will utilize this service in a lawful, professional and responsible manner.
3. King’s Palace Hotel & Conference Center offers the Free Wireless Internet service for activities such as the active use of e-mail, instant messaging, browsing the World Wide Web and accessing corporate intranets. The service is not intended for high volume data transfers, especially sustained high volume data transfers, video conferencing, Peer 2 Peer downloads etc.
4. The Free Wireless Internet Access service may be used on up to 5 devices.
5. The daily data allowance is allocated on check-in and then again at midnight on each subsequent day of stay. Any unused data is forfeited and is not redeemable.
6. A paid Premium Wireless Internet service is available for guests who have depleted their daily data allowance or who require high volume data transfers.
7. The Free Wireless Internet service is not refundable and/or transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other service.
8. Although King’s Palace Hotel & Conference Center will use its best endeavours to have the service available at all times, King’s Palace Hotel & Conference Center does not guarantee the availability of the service and shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever in respect of any loss or damages caused by, or arising from, the unavailability of, or any interruption in the service for any reason whatsoever.
9. This Free Internet Access offer can be amended or withdrawn in full or partially at the sole discretion of King’s Palace Hotel & Conference Center.
10. This offer may also be made available to conference guests, voucher packages are available, please enquire with the banqueting or conference manager at the hotel.
